Daniel Kulakofsky is Associate Group General Counsel at the Travelers Indemnity Company where he manages the eDiscovery program. In addition to supporting litigation enterprise-wide, Dan’s team provides counsel to the Records & Information Management group and IT organization regarding the deployment of new technologies, as well as data and system dispositions.
