Annmarie Giblin is the founding attorney of Giblin Law PLLC, which practices cyber and privacy law, related legal consultant work, and all types of general litigation. She is a cyber law thought leader who regularly speaks at various types of corporate cyber legal training and private audience events. Annmarie developed an early expertise in cyber law and privacy law, as it continues to merge into one. She has been able to apply her cyber law knowledge and practice on an international basis, including the trends and following its implications in the United States as well.

Annmarie has litigated a wide variety of cases; from smaller civil claims up to multidistrict nationwide litigation. She also has a background in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, commercial cases, environmental torts, among many others. She is married and has 2 young children, a voracious reader and cook. She is also a member of her local PTA and has worked with a charity helping with the homelessness crisis in New York City.
