This new Employment Discrimination and Sexual Harassment course led by Michael J. Pospis, ESQ of New York City’s Pospis Law, LLC begins with explanations and developments within “at will” employment laws, discrimination in the workplace, sexual harassment laws and procedures. Pospis then moves into causes of actions and theories of recoveries on each.
