This CLE will discuss various options as well as procedures to challenge federal agency actions or inaction in immigration cases before the Department of Homeland Security.    The 60-minute presentation will include:

  • An overview of and lessons learned from recent immigration lawsuits, particularly H-1B visa litigation
  • Typical defenses claimed by the DHS and how to overcome them
  • Building a strong administrative record to set the stage for challenging the denial of a client’s visa petition in federal court.
