This 60-minute CLE presentation is the second segment of a projected series discussing legal aspects of professional and amateur sports. Professor Mark Conrad builds on his first course, designed for those who wish to obtain a general background in the field for professional or personal interest. This second portion will discuss contracts including professional service contracts, players contracts, coaches’ agreements, elements of a sponsorship agreement as well as elements of a facilities lease.
