Attorney and Certified Appellate specialist Jeff Lewis begins this CLE presentation first an update on the rules and regulations that have been modified due to the COVID019 pandemic.  He then moves on to appeal statistics based on geographical location as well as a practice area.  He then explains his 10 ways to avoid losing an appeal, with strategy surrounding each.  The second half of the presentation focuses on the respondent’s duties and strategy.  He will wrap up the presentation with do’s and don’ts to bring to trial, time allowing.
