- Publishing legal research-based writing. Attorneys can receive CLE credit for writing articles for a legal publication or for writing a book. The amount of credit given is based on the amount of time the attorney spent on drafting the writing.
- Judging or coaching a moot court or mock trial course or competition that is part of an ABA law school. Attorneys can receive up to 4 CLE credits per cycle.
