Jordi C. Martinez-Cid is a Partner at León Cosgrove LLP, where he focuses on representing financial institutions, media and entertainment companies, and international clients in a wide variety of matters at all stages of litigation and arbitration. Relevant experience includes leading cross-border investigations regarding FCPA concerns, another for a Central American bank regarding internal controls and anti-money laundering measures, representing banks with regards to examinations by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and regularly advises clients with regards to legal and regulatory risks.
