Bryan Isbell
Managing Director, Global eDiscovery & Data Advisory Baker & McKenzie
Bryant is an industry expert with nearly 20 years of experience focusing on information governance, data privacy, full EDRM lifecycle execution and management, and data analytics. During Bryant’s career, he has worked on countless disputes and investigations. Bryant handles all aspects of e-discovery and forensics globally for the firm. Additionally, he provides consultative advice to clients on the preservation, collection, processing, hosting and production of ESI. Bryant has successfully implemented analytics and Technology Assisted Review (TAR) workflows into client engagements to defensibly and efficiently reduce data volume and project cost. Bryant is an expert in data privacy and international collection logistics, and has managed multiple complex projects in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia involving hundreds of millions of documents and thousands of reviewers worldwide. He is responsible for the strategic selection and implementation of electronic discovery tools for the firm, as well as training and professional development of the litigation support professionals. Bryant is also responsible for managing and overseeing the firm’s use of LPO’s, and contract attorney teams.
Michael Quartararo
President, ACEDS
Mike Quartararo is the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), which provides training and certification in e-discovery to the legal community. He is the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery and has been successfully consulting in information governance, e-discovery, project management and legal technology for two decades, including 10-year stints at both Skadden Arps and Stroock. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist. He frequently writes and speaks on e-discovery, legal operations, project management and technology topics.
Eric Mandel

Eric is a consultant with Driven Inc., where he provides advice and guidance to clients on a wide variety of issues related to eDiscovery, information governance, data regulatory compliance, privacy and data protection. As an attorney, legal technologist, and privacy professional, Eric has spent the past 13 years focused on solving complex problems at the intersection of law and technology. He has served in senior leadership roles in several U.S.-based trade associations, including The Sedona Conference, the EDRM Institute, the Legal Technology Professionals Institute, and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, and is a frequent speaker on a broad range of topics within his area of expertise. Additionally, Eric has worked on numerous leading publications in the industry, including The Sedona Principles, Third Edition, and the BBNA Corporate Portfolio Records Retention for Enterprise Information Governance.
