Steven Fox

Steven R. Fox is an attorney who brings the word “counselor” back into the profession. Recognizing that many companies need more than legal assistance, Steven counsels companies with business and personal issues. By personalizing the law to the company’s or individual’s needs, he helps companies and individuals in financial crises to use bankruptcy as a tool to become strong and profitable. Although he limits his legal practice to bankruptcy and bankruptcy related matters, he also counsels business owners how to avoid a bankruptcy and, instead, use other strategies to prosper.  Steven Fox litigates matters in the bankruptcy court.  He represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy courts locally and in other jurisdictions.
