Biography
Michael J. Pospis is a solo practitioner. His law firm, Pospis Law, PLLC, primarily represents plaintiffs in employment discrimination and sexual harassment cases. He has represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and the New York State Department of Labor. A longtime resident of Manhattan, he is proud to serve the New York City community.
